Abstract:Long-distance excavation of composite formation soil pressure balanced shields has always been a difficult problem at home and abroad. In this kind of formation construction, shield tools are seriously worn and easy to break and fall off. Such a situation in the process of excavation will lead to an increase in the torque of the tool plate, the inability of the shield to dig normally, and forced to open the cabin and change the knife, thus reducing the efficiency of shield excavation and increasing the construction cost of shield. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out research on the damage control technology of the shield tool in the water-rich composite strata. Combined with the Zhouqi Interval Tunnel of Xuzhou City Rail Transit Line 2 Phase I Project as the background, this paper solves the problem of damage control of shield tools in water-rich composite formations through research, so as to provide reference and reference for subsequent projects of the same type.
