在国家生态文明建设和落实双碳目标的大背景下，道路工程管理要向绿色转型，通过不断的优化革新来应对绿色发展过程中出现的各种问题。以道路工程为例，对绿色生态理念在工程管理中的贯彻进行论述和分析，剖析道路工程管理现状及存在的问题，探究绿色生态理念下道路工程管理创新的内容和对策，以期为工程管理工作的开展提供一些思考。

Abstract:

Under the background of the national ecological civilization construction and the implementation of the dual-carbon goal, the management of road engineering should be transformed to green, and through continuous optimization and innovation, various problems in the process of green development are deal with. Taking road engineering as an example, the implementation of the green ecological concept in engineering management is discussed and analyzed. The current situation and existing problems in the road engineering management are analyzed. And the content and countermeasures of road engineering management innovation under the green ecological concept are explored in order to provide some thoughts for the engineering management work.
