超高性能混凝土在宁波机场路南延工程中的规模化应用研究

    摘要:

    宁波机场路南延工程采用超高性能混凝土作为小箱梁湿接缝,钢筋免焊接,且大幅减少现场浇筑混凝土的数量,有效加快了施工速度,保证了共建轨道交通宁奉线的按期通车时间,并减少了施工对环境和交通的影响。本文开展了桥面板湿接缝的试验研究,表明V形界面形式的抗裂性、承载力均优于凹槽界面和平面界面;界面湿润、凿毛可显著提升超高性能混凝土和预制混凝土的界面结合性能。通过宁波机场路南延工程大量的应用研究,形成超高性能混凝土预制拼装桥梁设计、施工、检测、验收成套技术要求体系,进一步推动超高性能混凝土新技术的应用和发展。

    Abstract:

    The South Extension Project of Ningbo Airport Road adopts Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) as the wet joint of the small box beam. The steel bar is weld-free and the amount of concrete poured on site is greatly reduced, which effectively accelerates the construction speed and guarantees that the opening time of the Ningfeng rail transit line built at the same time can be on schedule, reduces the impacts of construction on the environment and traffic. In this paper, the experimental study of wet joints of bridge decks is carried out, the results show that the crack resistance and bearing capacity of the V-shaped joint are better than the grooved joint and the flat joint. Wetting interfaces and chiseling can significantly improve the bonding performance of the interface of UHPC and precast concrete. Through numerous application research of South Extension Project of Ningbo Airport Road, a complete set of technical requirements for the design, construction, testing and acceptance of UHPC precast assembled bridges has been formed, the application and development of new technologies of UHPC have been further promoted.
