Abstract:In order to further deal with the problem of surface water non-point source pollution caused by initial rainwater, it must be to use the scientific measures to control the initial rainwater. The construction mode of combining the rainwater pumping station and the initial rainwater storage tank can effectively reduce the impact of initial rainwater pollution and improve the quality of water environment. At present, the form of gravity influent is generally used for the influent of the storage tank. According to the survey results, the storage tank with gravity influent has some problems of high civil construction cost and large height difference during influent, which lead to the high pressure of the tanks and easy to overflow odor. The form of using the gravity and pump lifting for the cooperative influent can significantly save the investment and does not reduce the flood control capacity of the original pumping station. According to the 10 000 m3-scale measurement, the combined influent of storage tank gravity and pump lifting can save about 25 million yuan of construction investment compared with the full gravity influent. In the meantime, in order to practice "dual-carbon strategy", the photovoltaic system is placed on the top of storage tank, which can be used as the power supply for emptying pump and lighting in order to achieve the goal of saving the energy conservation and reducing the operation cost. The economic benefit is good.
