    摘要:

    为进一步应对初期雨水引发的地面水体面源污染问题,必须采用科学的措施对初期雨水加以控制。采用雨水泵站、初期雨水调蓄池相结合的建设方式,可有效降低初期雨水污染的影响,提升水环境的质量。目前调蓄池进水一般采用重力进水的形式,根据调研结果,采用重力进水的调蓄池存在土建造价费用高、进水时高差较大导致池体压力较大、臭味较易溢出等问题。采用重力与泵提升协同进水的形式可显著节省投资,并不降低原泵站防汛能力。按10 000 m3规模测算,调蓄池重力与泵提升协同进水相较全重力进水可节省建设投资工程费用约2 500万元。同时为落实“双碳战略”,在调蓄池顶部设置光伏发电系统,作为放空泵和照明等的供电来源,从而达到节约能耗、降低运行成本的目的,经济效益良好。

    Abstract:

    In order to further deal with the problem of surface water non-point source pollution caused by initial rainwater, it must be to use the scientific measures to control the initial rainwater. The construction mode of combining the rainwater pumping station and the initial rainwater storage tank can effectively reduce the impact of initial rainwater pollution and improve the quality of water environment. At present, the form of gravity influent is generally used for the influent of the storage tank. According to the survey results, the storage tank with gravity influent has some problems of high civil construction cost and large height difference during influent, which lead to the high pressure of the tanks and easy to overflow odor. The form of using the gravity and pump lifting for the cooperative influent can significantly save the investment and does not reduce the flood control capacity of the original pumping station. According to the 10 000 m3-scale measurement, the combined influent of storage tank gravity and pump lifting can save about 25 million yuan of construction investment compared with the full gravity influent. In the meantime, in order to practice "dual-carbon strategy", the photovoltaic system is placed on the top of storage tank, which can be used as the power supply for emptying pump and lighting in order to achieve the goal of saving the energy conservation and reducing the operation cost. The economic benefit is good.
