基于 BIM 技术的区域级工程审查管理体系研究——以苏州工业园区苏相合作区为例

Research on Regional Engineering Review Management System Based on BIM Technology for Suxiang Cooperation Zone

以苏州工业园区苏相合作区为例，从目标定位、审查管理和标准编制三个维度构建区域级BIM技术推广与审查管理体系；以三阶段BIM审查为抓手，推进BIM全过程技术应用和数据集成，为CIM平台构建提供基础数据；构建统一的BIM技术标准，确保BIM数据交付和传递的一致性。经实际项目运转验证，所构建的区域级BIM交付与审查管理体系得到各方认可，具备可操作性，可为其他同类区域的BIM技术实施推广提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:

Taking Suxiang Cooperation Zone of Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, the regional BIM technology promotion and review management system is built from three dimensions of target orientation, review management and standard preparation. Taking the three-stage BIM review as the starting point, the whole process technology application and data integration of BIM are promoted, which provide the basic data for the construction of CIM platform. A unified BIM technical standard is built to ensure the consistency of BIM data delivery and transmission. Through the actual project operation verification, the built regional BIM delivery and review management system has been recognized by all parties, and is operable, which can provide reference for the implementation and promotion of BIM technology in the other similar regions.
