    近年来,一体化预制泵站在全国范围得到广泛推广和应用。泵站基坑深度一般较深,一些项目因工程地质条件、周边环境限制,不能采用放坡开挖的方案,需采取支护措施。荆门市某一体化预制泵站深基坑支护设计前期,提出咬合桩、灌注桩+止水帷幕和沉井3种技术可行的支护方案,综合考虑了施工难度、施工工期、对周边环境的影响和工程造价等因素。经过对比分析,咬合桩造价最高,沉井造价最低但施工周期太长。考虑到工程工期较紧,最终选择了造价和工期均适中的灌注桩+止水帷幕的支护方案。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the integrated precast pumping station has been widely popularized and applied in China. The foundation pit of the pumping station is generally deep. Some projects cannot adopt the scheme of sloping excavation due to the engineering geological conditions and the surrounding environment restrictions, and need to adopt the supporting measures. In the early stage of deep foundation pit supporting design of an integrated precast pumping station in Jingmen City, three technical feasible supporting schemes of secant pile wall, cast-in-place pile + water-stop curtain and open caisson are put forward. The factors of construction difficulty, construction period, influence on surrounding environment and engineering cost are comprehensively considered. After comparison and analysis, it is found that the cost of secant pile wall is the highest, and the cost of open caisson is the lowest, but the construction period is too long. Considering the tight construction period of this project, the supporting scheme of cast-in-place pile + water-stop curtain is finally selected because of its moderate cost and duration.
