    海市北横通道筛网厂盾构工作井及相邻暗埋段基坑位于典型软土地层,基坑深达32.5 m,坑边6.7 m处存在一栋五层商业建筑物,基坑开挖及回筑过程须确保建筑物结构安全。以该基坑为例,针对建筑物健康状况、保护要求、地质条件及周边环境,采取针对性措施,降低基坑开挖对紧邻建筑物影响。介绍了基坑设计方案,同时对照基坑监测结果,验证方案有效性,研究了超深基坑开挖对周边土体及紧邻建构筑物的影响规律,提出了包括坑内外土体加固、增设临时钢支撑等在内的增加坑边建构筑物安全性的有效措施,结论可供同类工程参考借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The shield working shaft of Shanghai Beiheng Channel Screen Factory and the foundation pit of the adjacent buried section are located in a typical soft soil stratum. The depth of the foundation pit is 32.5 meters. There is a five-story commercial building at 6.7 meters from the pit edge. The excavation and reconstruction of the foundation pit must ensure the structural safety of the building. Taking the foundation pit as an example, and aiming at the physical condition, protection requirements, geological condition and surroundings of the building, the targeted measures are taken to reduce the impact of foundation pit excavation on the adjacent buildings. The design scheme of the foundation pit is introduced, and the validity of the scheme is verified by comparing the monitoring results of the foundation pit. The influence law of ultra-deep foundation pit excavation on the surrounding soil and the adjacent buildings and structures is studied. The effective measures to increase the safety of the buildings and structures beside the pit are put forward including the reinforcement of the soil inside and outside the pit, the addition of temporary steel supports, etc. The conclusions can be referred for the similar projects.
