城市桥梁全预制装配设计与施工技术研究

Research on Design and Construction Technology of Fully Prefabricating Assembly Technology for Urban Bridges

摘要:

随着对标准化、工业化、快速化的呼声不断增加,对施工期间交通组织的要求不断提高,促使需要对如何提高预制装配率进行进一步研究。本文回顾了预制装配技术的发展过程,并以实际工程为例,总结了城市桥梁常规的立柱和盖梁预制装配技术,提出了大体积盖梁和承台预制装配的设计施工方案,为相近工程的建设提供参考。

Abstract:

With the increasing calls for standardization, industrialization and rapid construction, the requirements of traffic organization during the construction are continuously improved so as to promote the further study on how to increase the rate of prefabricating assembly. The development process of prefabricating assembly technology is reviews. Combined with the practical projects, the prefabricating assembly technologies of the conventional stand column and bent cap of urban bridge are summarized. The design and construction schemes of prefabricating assembly for the large-volume bent cap and base slab are put forward.
