医院“临停”车辆交通组织方案研究

医院前临时停车会影响正常行驶的过境车辆和进入停车场的到达性车辆的通行，是引起周边交通拥堵的重要原因，本文对医院前交通特性以及临时停车对交通的影响行了分析，并提出了优化措施，探讨了临时上下客停车通道的长度与车道数的计算方法，通过实际案例验证了方案的可行性。

Abstract:

Temporary parking in front of the hospital will affect the passage of normal transit vehicles and arriving vehicles entering the parking lot, which is an important cause of traffic congestion in the surrounding area. The traffic characteristics in front of the hospital and the impact of temporary parking on the traffic are analyzed. The optimization measures are put forward. The calculation methods of the length and number of lanes of temporary pick-up and drop-off parking passages are discussed. The feasibility of the scheme is verified through the practical cases.
