    摘要:

    为解决广东省粉煤灰市场供应紧张,质量参差不齐的问题,寻找粉煤灰的替代物用于C50预制梁混凝土的生产势在必行。通过掺入石灰石粉,研究了掺石灰石粉的预制梁混凝土的物理性能、水化放热效应和耐久性能,结果表明:用石灰石粉取代粉煤灰更适用于C50预制梁生产,其适宜掺量在16%左右,掺入石灰石粉不仅能促进混凝土早期强度发展,缩短C50预制梁张拉时间;而且可以改善混凝土孔隙结构,提高混凝土耐久性能,其优异耐久性能满足Ⅲ类海洋环境下抗渗性技术要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of short supply and uneven quality of fly ash market in Guangdong Province, it is imperative to find a substitute for fly ash for producing C50 concrete of precast beam. By adding the limestone powder, the physical properties, hydration and exothermic effect and durability of precast beam concrete mixed with limestone powder are studied. The results show that replacing fly ash with limestone powder is more suitable for the production of C50 precast beams, and its suitable content is about 16%. The addition of limestone powder can not only promote the early strength development of concrete, but also shorten the tensioning time of C50 precast beams. Moreover, it can improve the pore structure of concrete and the durability of concrete. Its excellent durability meets the impermeability technical requirements of Class III marine environment.
