Abstract:In order to solve the problems of short supply and uneven quality of fly ash market in Guangdong Province, it is imperative to find a substitute for fly ash for producing C50 concrete of precast beam. By adding the limestone powder, the physical properties, hydration and exothermic effect and durability of precast beam concrete mixed with limestone powder are studied. The results show that replacing fly ash with limestone powder is more suitable for the production of C50 precast beams, and its suitable content is about 16%. The addition of limestone powder can not only promote the early strength development of concrete, but also shorten the tensioning time of C50 precast beams. Moreover, it can improve the pore structure of concrete and the durability of concrete. Its excellent durability meets the impermeability technical requirements of Class III marine environment.
