高速公路养护工程全过程成本管理措施浅析

目前，高速公路养护费用，主要来源于收取的通行费，高速运营单位在成本控制方面“过紧日子”意识仍 然不强，养护工程成本管控精细化程度不够成熟。分析了当前高速养护专项工程成本管理存在的问题,基于养护工程成本管理缺乏预见性、管理体系缺失和后评价缺失的现状，总结了养护工程在项目准备阶段、实施阶段和交竣工阶段全过程成本管理工作的要点，为高速公路养护工程成本管理提供了借鉴。

Abstract:

At present, the maintenance costs of expressway are mainly from the tolls collected. The expressway operating units in the cost control of "too tight" awareness is still not strong. The degree of refinement of maintenance engineering cost control is low. The existing problems in the special engineering cost management of the expressway maintenance are analyzed. Based on the lack of foresight, lack of management system and lack of post-evaluation of maintenance engineering cost management, the key points of the whole process cost management of the maintenance project in the project preparation stage, the implementation stage and the completion stage are summarized, which provides reference for the engineering cost management of the expressway maintenance.
