    城市道路下方地下空间资源是城市地下空间资源中开发利用率较高的重要组成部分,承载了众多的地下基础设施功能。当前由于道路下方地下空间开发利用类型,深度及规模差异较大,使得当前道路下方的地下空间开发利用在整体性、协调性和前瞻性方面存在一定的不足。因此必须掌握道路下方地下空间的容量及已利用及可利用的基本情况,从而为未来道路下方地下空间的科学规划和利用提供依据。现为便于道路任意区段内的地下空间容量的计算,提出一定长度范围内道路下方地下空间容量计算方法。基于地下空间安全保障的需求,提出道路下方地下空间的实际利用区面积应是有效利用区和安全保障区面积的和,并对于不规则形状的既有地下空间,应对既有地下空间的实际利用区进行修正。进一步揭示道路下方不同深度位置处地下空间的利用率,提出道路下方分层地下空间利用率计算方法,实现了沿道路纵向任意位置和分层条件下道路下方地下空间利用率的计算。

    Abstract:

    The underground space resources under urban roads are an important part of urban underground space resources with the higher utilization, which bears many functions of underground infrastructure. At present, due to the large differences in the type, depth and scale of the development and utilization of underground space under the urban road, there are certain deficiencies in the integrity, coordination and forward-looking aspects of the development and utilization of underground space under the current principle. Therefore, it is necessary to master the capacity of the underground space under the road and the basic information of utilization used and available so as to provide a basis for the scientific planning and utilization of the underground space under the road in the future. In order to facilitate the calculation of underground space capacity in any section of the road, a calculation method of underground space capacity under the road within a certain length range is proposed. Based on the demand of underground space security, it is proposed that the actual utilization area of the underground space under the road should be the sum of the effective utilization area and the security guarantee area. For the existing underground space with irregular shape, the actual utilization area of the existing underground space should be corrected. The utilization rate of underground space at the different depth positions under the road is further revealed. The calculation method of the utilization rate of underground space in layers under the road is proposed. And the calculation of the utilization rate of underground space under the road at any longitudinal position along the road and in layers is realized.
