针对新建给排水管线接入现状市政管网系统的设计与思考

Design and Thinking of New Water Supply and Drainage Pipelines Connected into Current Municipal Pipeline Network System

摘要:

天津市宝坻区九园规划环路给排水管线的设计是将局部路段的给排水管线设计汇入现状已建给排水管线系统。这要求在满足其基本管线设计原则的要求下，还需考虑管线综合、上下游现状管线对接，以及未来可预见的关于新建和已建管线运营管理的需要。该项目的实施对类似新建接入已建给排水管线的工程提供了具有借鉴性的设计思路和关于管线运行管理的思考方式，也为今后管线类城市基础设施的成熟建设提出了建议性的措施。

Abstract:

The design of water supply and drainage pipelines in the planned Jiuyuan Ring Road in Baodi District of Tianjin is to integrate the water supply and drainage pipelines in the local road section into the existing water supply and drainage pipeline system, which requires not only to meet its basic pipeline design principles, but also to consider the demands of pipeline integration, current pipeline connection on upstream and downstream, foreseeable needs for the operation and management of new and existing pipelines in the future. The implementation of this project provides the reference design ideas and the thinking way of pipeline operation and management for the similarly newly built pipelines connected into the existing water supply and drainage pipelines, and also proposes the suggestive measures for the progressive construction of pipeline urban infrastructure in the future.
