排水管道管片内衬法修复工程施工质量控制

摘要:

随着管片内衬法在排水管道非开挖修复中应用的增加,需要解决施工过程中出现的技术问题,强化施工过程质量控制管理以保证施工质量。结合奉贤区南排污水总管及附属设施修复工程应用,介绍了管片内衬法的技术原理、施工工艺流程,接着列举了管片内衬法施工过程中常见的各类质量问题并深入分析其产生的原因,结合以往工程施工经验,提出了有针对性且可操作的控制措施,最后给出施工质量控制及验收要求。为今后对有结构性损坏的大管径排水管道(箱涵),在采用管片内衬法进行非开挖内衬修复工程中的质量控制,具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

With the increase of the application of segment lining method in trenchless repair of drainage pipelines, it is necessary to solve the technical problems in the construction process and strengthen the quality control management of the construction process to ensure the construction quality. Combined with the repair project of main sewage drainage pipe and additional facilities in Fengxian District of Shanghai, the technical principle and construction process of the segment lining method are introduced. Various quality problems commonly happened in the construction process of the segment lining method are listed and the causes are analyzed in depth. The targeted and operable control measures are proposed according to the previous engineering construction experience. Finally, the construction quality control and acceptance requirements are given.
