绍兴城市智慧快速路管理是一项全周期、多领域、综合性的系统工程。为满足智慧快速路管理新需求，在项目规划阶段即构建了贯穿城市快速路设计、施工、运维全生命周期的智慧管理系统。智慧管理系统主要包括数字化管理平台（BIM）、结构智能监测系统（IMS）、智慧交通系统（ITS）、车路协同系统（ICV）和智慧照明系统（ILS）。总体来看，为城市快速路设计施工、运营管理和交通服务带了显著提升。

Abstract:

The intelligent management of urban expressway is a full life cycle, multi-domain and comprehensive system engineering. To meet the new needs of intelligent expressway management in Shaoxing, an intelligent management system throughout the full life cycle of urban expressway design, construction, operation and maintenance is built in the planning stage of the intelligent expressway project, including the building information modeling (BIM), structural intelligent monitoring system (IMS), intelligent transportation system (ITS), intelligent vehicle cooperative system (ICV) and intelligent lighting system (ILS). Generally, the intelligent management system has significantly improved the design, construction, operation management and transportation service of urban expressways.
