Abstract:With the continuous construction of city, the form of three-dimensional traffic is widely used in urban roads. With the passage of time and the continuous growth of traffic volume, the settlement problem gradually appears in the roads, especially the uneven settlement at the retaining wall section connected with the bridge abutment back, which may cause the visible settlement difference. The anti-collision guardrail at the top of the retaining wall section and the top of the bridge section is obviously staggered or cracked, which further leads to the distortion and damage of the auxiliary facilities on the top of the anti-collision barrier such as the sound barrier. Once such damage occurs, it is difficult to reinforce and repair in the later stage. In order to reduce the settlement difference between the retaining wall section and the bridge section, and to avoid the above problems, combined with an engineering application example, the anti-settlement measures of retaining wall foundation are discussed, which provides some possible references for similar construction projects in the future.
