Abstract:In the process of highway construction in mountainous areas, the geological disasters of slope landslides are likely to occur, which will seriously affect the progress of highway construction and increase the total investment of the project. Therefore, it is very important to carry out research on the causes of highway landslides and the treatment schemes. Combined with the overall unstability of the slope in the cutting excavation process of a first-grade highway in Sichuan, the causes of landslide are analyzed from the aspects of topography, meteorology, hydrology, formation lithology, geological structure and so on. The transfer coefficient method is used to calculate the residual sliding force of landslide under the natural, rainstorm and earthquake conditions, and quantitatively evaluate the stability of landslide. According to the analysis and calculation results, considering the treatment cost, construction period, construction risk, operation risk, environmental impact and other factors, the comprehensive treatment scheme of lifting the pavement design elevation, clearing the earthwork, retaining and protecting the slope surface, waterproof, drainage and the other engineering measures is finally adopted. At present, the treatment of the landslide is basically completed, and the slope is stable after treatment, which provides reference for similar projects in the future.
