Abstract:TOD mode is a public transport-oriented urban development mode. In recent years, the spatial development and utilization technology of urban interchange nodes under TOD mode has appeared and been applied in practical projects. However, at present, there is no evaluation system for development and utilization of interchange nodes under TOD mode. Therefore, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used, and the quantitative and qualitative combination is adopted to confirm the set of evaluation factors and build a fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation system. The evaluation research on the development and utilization of urban interchange nodes under TOD mode is carried out. Finally, taking the reconstruction of Dongpu Interchange node into TOD complex as an example to calculate and analyze, it is proved that this evaluation system is feasible and effective, which can provide reference for the subsequent evaluation on development and utilization of urban road traffic nodes under TOD mode.
