    摘要:

    某一级公路改建为高速公路,为缩短施工周期、降低工程造价,同时兼顾路面加铺工况,经过充分研究,在可再次使用原中央分隔带两波形梁护栏和路侧护栏结构的基础上,提出一种中分带再利用护栏。该结构采用计算机仿真方法进行安全性评估,并已通过实车足尺碰撞试验。试验结果表明,中分带再利用护栏防护等级达到三(Am)级,阻挡功能、缓冲功能、导向功能均满足要求,护栏安全性能可靠。该再利用护栏已在实际工程中应用,不仅提高了中央分隔带护栏的安全防护能力,而且取得良好的经济效益。

    Abstract:

    A first-class highway is reconstructed to expressway. In order to shorten the construction period, reduce the engineering cost, and take into account the pavement overlay condition, after full research, on the basis of using the original central divider two-waved beam guardrail and road side guardrail structure, a central divider reused guardrail is proposed. The computer simulation method is used to carry out the safety evaluation of this structure. And the full-scale crash test of the real vehicle has been passed. The test results show that the protection level of the central divider guardrail to be reused reaches Level III (Am). The blocking function, buffer function and guiding function all meet the requirements, and the safety performance of the guardrail is reliable. The reused guardrail has been applied in practical engineering, which not only improves the safety protection capability of the central divider guardrail, but also obtains the good economic benefits.
