    利用公路路面铣刨出的废旧水稳再生集料替代天然集料制备再生水稳基层材料,并开展工程示范应用。结果表明:对于来自同一路段的废旧水稳再生集料,其烘干或不烘干处理对再生水稳混合料的最佳含水率影响较小,最佳含水率一般比再生级配集料吸水率高约4%~5%;对于不同路段的废旧水稳再生集料,其压碎值越高,再生水稳的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗压回弹模量越低;综合考虑再生水稳的性能,选择来自路段1的再生细集料与路段3的再生粗集料按比例混合制备再生水稳用于工程实践,再生水稳具有较好的力学性能与路用性能,满足工程设计要求,应用效果良好。

    Abstract:

    The recycled water stabilized base material is prepared by using waste water stabilized recycled aggregate from highway milling instead of natural aggregate, and the engineering application is carried out. The results show that for the waste water stabilized recycled aggregate from the same road, its drying or non-drying treatment has little effect on the optimum moisture content of recycled water stabilized mixture. The optimum moisture content is generally about 4%~5% higher than the water absorption of recycled graded aggregate. For the waste water stabilized recycled aggregate from different road, the higher its crushing value, the lower the unconfined compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and compressive rebound modulus of recycled water stabilized aggregate. The performance of recycled water stabilization is comprehensively considered. The recycled fine aggregate from Road 1 and the recycled coarse aggregate from Road 3 are selected to mix in proportion to prepare the recycled water stabilized materials for engineering practice. The recycled water stabilization has good mechanical properties and pavement performances, which can meet the requirements of engineering design, and has good application effect.
