Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the special-shaped concrete structure of pump station channel is prone to temperature cracks, based on the practice of Hangtang Port South Extension Regulation Project and the heat conduction theory, the calculation model of concrete structure temperature field in pump gate channel is established and three-dimensional simulation analysis is carried out. According to the calculation results, the temperature control optimization measures of adjusting the cooling water pipeline, adjusting the water parameters, improving the concrete characteristics and construction conditions, and setting the post cast strip are formulated. The calculating feedback value of temperature field model and the measured value are compared, and the quality of concrete on site is checked. The results show that the temperature field model simulation algorithm is reliable, and the temperature control optimization measures are effective.
