Abstract:The terrain along the lower reaches of the Yellow River is flat and prone to waterlogging, and the discharge outlet is not smooth. The national space planning should be based on the hydrodynamic models to effectively assess the current flood disaster risk, and promote the scientization of space layout and rainfall flood management. Taking the starting area of new and old kinetic energy conversion in Jinan as a typical research object, MIKE FLOOD is used to construct the one-dimensional and two-dimensional hydrodynamic models to simulate the flood evolution process of the river basin and analyze the weak links and problems of the current situation. The planning countermeasures combining vertical and flood control are put forward to provide the support for the improvement of the flood control and drainage system of national land space, the planned land and the layout of facilities.
