Abstract:The form traveler is not convenient for the multi-point synchronous construction because of its high cost. And the use of single-point forward construction method will lead to a longer construction period. Combined with the engineering example of the overpass bridge on Changyun Road in Haikou TJ4 Bid section in G15 Shenyang - Haikou Expressway, the use of double-span form traveler construction method speeds up the construction progress, and the engineering cost is finally saved. Due to the large amount of double-span synchronous cast-in-place concrete, the load on the form traveler is large. So it is very important of the structure safety. Though the sanding belt and water bag combined prepressing test method, the stress and deformation of the structure in the prepressing process are measured to examine the strength, stiffness and stability of the structure and ensure the structure safety during the construction. The construction precamber design and the combined prepressing method are modified by the prepressing deformation, which not only saves the cost, but also reaches the expected effect.
