    摘要:

    针对空心板梁桥铰缝病害研发了切实可行的钢抱箍法加固技术方案。在每跨内设置2~3道横桥向钢箍,将空心板梁捆绑在一起,增强横向联系。该加固技术科学可靠,施工方便快捷。并且对加固材料、施工工艺进行了系统研究。在开展工艺试验的基础上,应用于实桥加固。通过实桥试验检测看出,钢抱箍对于提高空心板梁整体性有显著效果。加固后的桥梁经过2 a的运营,状况良好,钢抱箍本身结构及注浆填筑都保持完整,桥面没有反射裂缝。证明该加固技术可实施性强、加固效果佳,是一项推广价值很高的加固技术。

    Abstract:

    A practical and feasible steel hoop reinforcement technology scheme has been developed for the hinge joint disease of hollow slab beam bridges. 2~3 transverse steel hoops are set in each span to bind the hollow slab beams together and enhance the lateral linkage. The reinforcement technology is scientific and reliable, and the construction is convenient and fast. And a systematic study is conducted on reinforcement materials and construction techniques. On the basis of conducting the process tests, it is applied to the reinforcement of actual bridges. Through the actual bridge testing, it can be seen that the steel hoop has the significant effect to improve the integrality of the hollow slab beam. After 2 years of operation, the reinforced bridge is in good condition. The steel hoop structure and grouting filling remain intact, and there are no reflective cracks on the bridge deck. It is proved that this reinforcement technology is practical and effective, and valuable for technology promotion.
