Abstract:Taking the construction of a steel pipe jacking section of a raw water project in Shanghai as an example, aiming at the special constructing condition that the reducer of the pipe jacking machine is damaged, which leads to the main shaft lost power, and the pipe jacking section cannot continue to cross the river, the synchronous jacking and withdrawing process is innovatively put forward. The technical difficulty, construction feasibility and specific implementation process of the steel pipe jacking are introduced in detail for the raw water engineering. A series of key technical measures in the construction process of pipe withdrawing are proposed to solve the problems of hard to smooth passthrough of pipe-jacking equipment in the failure section, which can be used for reference by similar projects.
