Abstract:The design scheme of 230 m main-span mesh suspender arch bridge crossing river is used for a bridge in the Shenzhen Shantou Cooperation Zone of Shenzhen. The total width of the main bridge is 56 m. The longitudinal and transverse beam system steel-concrete composite beam cross-section is used for the main girder. The hexagonal box shaped cross-section is used for the main arch. The arch axis is designed according to a quadratic parabola. The rise span ratio is 1/5.5, and the arch height is 41.273 m. The non-flexible tie rod system is used for the bridge. Its process of erecting beams first and then arches is used. Combined with the transportation conditions of steel beams without large sections in the inland waterway and the complex construction conditions of the bridge site located in the high incidence period of typhoons, a construction scheme of using shore in-situ assembly and bracket sliding method for the main beam is proposed. The scheme of using the low-level assembly at the arch foot section and the integral hoisting installation in the middle span is used for the main arch. The design concept and construction scheme of this bridge have verified the applicability, feasibility and economy of the mesh suspender arch bridge in municipal bridges. The relevant research and design results provide reference for the design and construction of similar bridges in the future.
