In order to further improve the engineering construction quality of the road and bridge engineering EPC project, and improve EPC management level, the spherical analytic hierarchy process is introduced into the quality management of the road and bridge engineering EPC projects. The specific research conclusions show that the spherical analytic hierarchy process (SAHP) is introduced into the quality management of the road and bridge engineering EPC projects, the mechanism and operation steps of the spherical hierarchy analysis process are clarified and the corresponding evaluation indexes are established according to the construction characteristics of the road and bridge project. The studied spherical analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the actual projects. The analysis results show that the spherical analytic hierarchy process is practical in the quality management of EPC projects of road and bridge engineering. The research contents have certain reference significance for the development of engineering quality management of road and bridge engineering EPC projects.
