摘要:

在工程项目中，工程量清单的编制是工程造价管理的基础工作。编制工作也需要投入大量的人力资源，仍然难以避免错、漏的问题，也无法进行有效的分类统计与精准管控，本质上是一堆表单。基于工程数字化的工程量清单编制模式，通过构建BIM模型，制定适用于清单编制和企业计量方式的编码规则库，搭建有效的数据库平台，提高编制效率的同时使得清单更精准、数据可追溯，并可延伸至成本分析、三算对比、原材料精准管控等多维度应用。提出的解决方案，在实际应用中收到较好的效果，具有较强的借鉴意义和推广应用价值。

Abstract:

In the engineering projects, the preparation of the bill of quantities is the basic work of engineering cost management. The preparation work also requires a significant investment of human resources, but it is still difficult to avoid the problems of mistake and leaks, and is also hard to carry out the effective classification statistics and accurate control, which is essentially a bunch of forms. Based on the preparation mode of bill of quantities of engineering digitalization, through the establishment of BIM model, a coding rule base applicable to bill preparation and enterprise metering method is built. An effective database platform is established to improve the preparation efficiency while make the bill more accurate and data traceable, which can be extended to multi-dimensional applications of cost analysis, three-calculation comparison, and accurate control of raw materials. The solution proposed has received the good results in practical applications, has the strong reference significance and has the promotion and application value.
