    摘要:

    道路工程建设中,绿色施工已逐渐成为主流趋势。固化土施工技术迎合绿色施工理念,响应建筑领域推进“新材料、新工艺、新技术、新设备”的号召,进一步推进“循环利用+绿色施工”的工程建设模式,还能促进行业的快速发展,具有极大的推广空间。通过结合某市快速路新建工程的试验段施工实例,根据制定的城市道路固化土底基层性能控制与设计方法,结合土质情况、施工时的气候、温度等因素,考虑不同固化剂的特点,提出适用于城市道路固化土底基层的施工工艺,并为推广同类施工应用提出了建议,可为固化土技术在道路工程中的应用研究和类似工程施工提供借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    In the road engineering construction, the green construction has gradually become the mainstream trend. The construction technology of solidified soil caters to the concept of green construction, responds to the call to promote "new materials, new processes, new technologies and new equipment" in the construction field, which further promotes the engineering construction model of "recycling + green construction", and can also promote the rapid development of the industry with the great promotion space. Combined with the construction example of the experimental section of a new expressway project in a city, and based on the stipulated performance control and design methods for solidified soil subbase of urban road, according to the factors such as soil quality, climate temperature during construction, and considering the characteristics of different solidified agents, a construction process suitable for the solidified soil subbase of urban road is proposed, and the suggestions for promoting the similar construction applications are put forward, which can provide the reference for the application research of solidified soil technology in road engineering and the construction of the similar projects.
