    摘要:

    武汉光谷空轨“飘带拱”桥是一种新型悬挂式轨道梁简支拱桥结构。因轨道梁梁轨合一且底板断开的结构形式,导致其刚度较差,设计精度要求很高,该桥跨越武汉绕城高速,采用的是带拱顶推的施工方式,按照常见的顶推施工方法,施工将存在诸多困难,很难达到设计精度要求。该研究是在普通钢箱梁顶推施工工艺基础上,通过增加梁底约束装置、改进大高差落梁工艺,使拱桥在保证安全性的前提下,顺利完成施工,解决了悬挂式轨道梁拱桥带拱顶推的难题,为今后类似工程的施工提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The air track "ribbon arch" bridge in Wuhan Optics Valley is a new type of suspended track beam simple-supported arch bridge structure. Due to the structural form of the track beam and rail being integrated and the bottom plate being disconnected, its rigidity is poor, but the accuracy requirements are high. This bridge crosses the Wuhan Ring Expressway and is constructed by the construction method of arch jacking. According to the common jacking construction method, there will be many difficulties in construction, which makes it difficult to meet the design accuracy requirements. Based on the jacking construction technology of ordinary steel box girder, and by adding the beam bottom restraint devices and improving the large height-difference falling beam technology, the arch bridge can be smoothly completed while ensuring safety, which solves the problem of suspended track beam arch bridge with arch jacking and provides the reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
