Abstract:Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) has the low water-binder ratio, large amount of cementing material and high hydration heat. Mass UHPC is easy to form the larger temperature stress, resulting in structural cracking. Based on the simulation analysis technology of ANSYS, a set of mass UHPC temperature field and temperature stress calculation program is developed by using ANSYS parametric design language (APDL), which is applied to the temperature control analysis in the construction period of pylon and girder consolidation section of Tuojiang Bridge. The analysis results show that the cracking risk of the poured block is low after adopting the method of separate layer pouring and adopting the measures of polyurethane insulation and water drainage. It is recommended to strengthen the thermal insulation maintenance of the bottom plate and optimize the water pipe layout in the solid area to ensure the temperature control quality.
