Abstract:The technical route integration of multi-source sludge collaborative building material utilization in the typical cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt provides the important technical support for the restoration of water ecological environment in the "Yangtze River Protection". Based on the analysis of the characteristics of water content, organic matter content, calorific value and heavy metal content of the municipal sludge, river and lake sludge, ditch sludge and engineering sludge, and the attributive classification, the technical parameters and costs of sludge collaborative treatment routes such as the anaerobic digestion with dehydration, dehydration or drying, dehydration or drying with incineration, and the pollution risk and cost of utilization technologies of sludge collaborative building materials such as brick making, cement making, ceramsite making and engineering soil making are screened and analyzed. At the same time, combined with the stability analysis of multi-source sludge quality, quantity and source, the economic adaptability of multi-source sludge collaborative building material utilization with treatment process parameters, treatment process and resource process is analyzed. Finally, the integrated technical route of multi-source sludge collaborative building material utilization is put forward.
