摘要:

基于从事市政工程设计企业的信息化建设、数字化转型业务发展情况及现状问题，围绕数字化基础建设进行了基础设施建设、数字化协同设计的引进与研究以及新技术在工程领域的应用提出改进建议；同时推进数字化管理，提出设计过程数字化管理方案，优化管理流程和制度以期提升数据资源价值，推动转型成功。

Abstract:

Based on the information construction of municipal engineering design enterprises, the development of digital transformation business and the current situation of the problems, and focusing on the digital infrastructure construction, the improving suggestions are put forward for the introduction and research of infrastructure construction and the digital collaborative design, and the application of new technologies in the engineering field. At the same time, the digital management is promoted, the digital management solutions for the design process are proposed, and the management processes and systems are optimized in order to enhance the value of data resources and promote the successful transformation.
