    摘要:

    随着我国地铁建设,产生了巨大量的盾构渣土。目前国内多采用消纳弃置,这种处理方式会造成土地资源浪费和环境污染。研制一种专业处理盾构渣土的复合固化剂,降低含水率,改良固化土颗粒组成,降低有机物含量,提高强度及稳定性。通过系列试验,对绿色处理后的盾构渣土的无侧限抗压强度、抗剪强度、加州承载比等力学性能指标进行分析,试验证明,绿色处理后的盾构渣土具有较高的强度和较好的工程特性,可用作道路路基填料。为盾构渣土的工程再利用提供了有益的参考。

    Abstract:

    With the construction of subway in China, a large amount of shield muck is produced. At present, the disposal is more used in China. This treatment method will cause the wasting of land resources and the environmental pollution. A kind of composite curing agent is developed to specially dispose the shield muck, which can reduce the moisture content, improve the particle composition of solidified soil, reduce the content of organic matter, and improve the strength and stability of the soil. Through a series of tests, the unconfined compressive strength, shear strength, California bearing ratio and other mechanical properties of green-treated shield mucks are analyzed. The tests show that after green treatment, the shield muck has the higher strength and better engineering properties, and can be used as roadbed filler, which provides the beneficial reference for the engineering reuse of shield muck.
