Abstract:With the construction of subway in China, a large amount of shield muck is produced. At present, the disposal is more used in China. This treatment method will cause the wasting of land resources and the environmental pollution. A kind of composite curing agent is developed to specially dispose the shield muck, which can reduce the moisture content, improve the particle composition of solidified soil, reduce the content of organic matter, and improve the strength and stability of the soil. Through a series of tests, the unconfined compressive strength, shear strength, California bearing ratio and other mechanical properties of green-treated shield mucks are analyzed. The tests show that after green treatment, the shield muck has the higher strength and better engineering properties, and can be used as roadbed filler, which provides the beneficial reference for the engineering reuse of shield muck.
