Abstract:With the development of full underground wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), it has the full closed characteristic, which is particularly important for the deodorization of WWTP. Combined with the design of the deodorization system of Shanghai Jiading Nanxiang Wastewater Treatment Plant, the division of deodorizing zones, selection of deodorization process, principle of biological filter, selection and calculation of design parameters, and layout of deodorization duct for the full underground WWTP are introduced in order to provide the reference for the design of similar full underground WWTP. Especially, the division methods of the deodorizating zones, and selection, design and calculation of deodorization process in full underground WWTP are analyzed. The total blowing rate of the biological deodorant is 96 000 m3/h and the ion deodorant blowing rate is 11 000 m3/h in this WWTP.
