    摘要:

    为提高山岭隧道施工信息化、机械化水平,结合深汕合作区通港大道实际项目情况,研究在软弱破碎围岩条件下,适应大断面山岭隧道全断面机械化施工的支护结构设计。根据数值模拟分析,设计采用超前管棚支护、掌子面玻璃纤维筋加固等技术措施可加强隧道围岩整体稳定性,并有效控制掌子面变形,实现大断面隧道全机械化施工。后续结合实际现场监测数据反演,形成完整隧道机械化施工技术路线,为相关类似工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the informatization and mechanization of mountain tunnel construction, combined with the actual engineering situation of Tonggang Avenue in Shenzhen - Shantou Cooperation Zone, a design of supporting structure suitable for the full-section mechanized construction of large section mountain tunnels under weak and broken surrounding rock conditions is studied. According to the numerical simulation analysis, the technical measures of advanced pipe shelter support and glass fiber rebar reinforcement of tunnel face used in the design can strengthen the overall stability of the tunnel surrounding rock, effectively control the deformation of the tunnel face, and realize the full mechanization construction of the large-section tunnel. Later, combined with the actual on-site monitoring data inversion, a complete tunnel mechanization construction technical route is formed, which provides reference for related similar engineering projects.
