Abstract:In order to improve the informatization and mechanization of mountain tunnel construction, combined with the actual engineering situation of Tonggang Avenue in Shenzhen - Shantou Cooperation Zone, a design of supporting structure suitable for the full-section mechanized construction of large section mountain tunnels under weak and broken surrounding rock conditions is studied. According to the numerical simulation analysis, the technical measures of advanced pipe shelter support and glass fiber rebar reinforcement of tunnel face used in the design can strengthen the overall stability of the tunnel surrounding rock, effectively control the deformation of the tunnel face, and realize the full mechanization construction of the large-section tunnel. Later, combined with the actual on-site monitoring data inversion, a complete tunnel mechanization construction technical route is formed, which provides reference for related similar engineering projects.
