    摘要:

    为构建地铁盾构隧道装配一体化技术体系,解决盾构隧道与道床结构装配式全预制构件化的最后关键一环,结合预制式轨道板新技术,基于信息化、智能化、预制装配化设计理念,初次提出了一种预制道床构件及安装方法,设计了连接式和承插式两种预制道床构件纵向连接方式,将轻质混凝土应用到预制道床中,研发集成搬运机械伸缩臂、智能识别操作系统、注浆设备系统等功能的施工装备,以期最大限度地实现地铁盾构隧道全部构件预制装配化,提高机械化作业水平,减少现场工人数量,降低劳动强度,提高施工效率,保证施工质量。

    Abstract:

    In order to build an integrated technology system for the assembly of subway shield tunnel and solve the last key link of prefabricated componentization of shield tunnel and track bed, combined with the new technology of prefabricated track slab, based on the design concept of informatization, intelligentization and prefabrication, a prefabricated track bed component and assembly method is proposed. Two longitudinal connection modes such as connecting type and inserting type of prefabricated track bed components are designed. The lightweight concrete is applied to the prefabricated track bed. The construction equipment integrating the telescopic arm of handling machinery, intelligent identification operating system, grouting equipment system and other functions had been researched and developed in order to maximize the prefabricated assembly of all components of the subway shield tunnel, which improves the level of mechanized operation, reduce the number of on-site workers, reduce the labor intensity, improve the construction efficiency and ensure the construction quality.
