Abstract:Shekou-Chiwan Connection Line Project of Shenzhen Mawan Cross-sea Channel is a part of the cross-sea freight channel in the area of Shenzhen Port. The construction conditions are complex. Therefore, the schemes of multi-route position and multi-construction method are comprehensively compared and selected to determine the optimization scheme considering every demand. The functional orientation of the project, the freight demand of port area, the land conditions and planning along the route, and the other factors are analyzed in detail. The multi-scheme comparison for the cross-sea freight express channel is carried out from the route selection, construction method and design scheme. The factors of fully utilizing the underground space, reducing the land occupation in port area and reducing the influence of construction on port traffic are comprehensively considered. The route selection scheme, the construction method and design scheme of double-pipe single-layer 15-m shield of the project are determined. The results can provide the reference for the route selection and design scheme of freight channels in port areas in Shenzhen and other cities.
