城郊干道设计阶段安评重点及方法总结

随着经济快速发展，城市路网不断扩展，使得城市周边道路功能不断完善逐渐发展成为兼具公路和城市道路功能的城郊干道。为进一步提升城郊干道的交通安全水平，完善和细化城郊干道的交通安全评价工作，首先从规范角度分析总结城郊干道安全性评价的主要内容和评价方法，然后以张家港市某城市快速路与地面一级公路相结合的城郊干道为例，结合设计方案评价和分析设计阶段安全性评价需要关注的重点，并提出针对性的改善措施，为城郊干道交通安全评价工作提供一些经验总结和技术参考。

Abstract:

With the rapid economic development, the urban road network continues to expand, so that the surrounding road functions of the city continue to improve, and gradually develop into a suburban arterial road with both highway and urban road functions. In order to further improve the traffic safety level of suburban arterial roads and improve and refine the traffic safety evaluation of suburban arterial roads, this paper first analyzes and summarizes the main contents and evaluation methods of suburban arterial road safety evaluation from the perspective of norms, and then takes the suburban arterial road combining an urban expressway and a ground-level highway in Zhangjiagang City as an example, combines the design scheme evaluation and analyzes the key points that need to be paid attention to in the safety evaluation in the design stage, and puts forward targeted improvement measures. It provides some experience summary and technical reference for the traffic safety evaluation of suburban arterial roads.
