    摘要:

    介绍淄博市一环快速路桥梁工程总体方案设计、桥梁结构设计及关键技术应用情况。针对淄博当地建设条件,提出了上部结构全部采用预应力小箱梁、组合梁等预制拼装结构的桥梁总体设计方案。其中立交区采用的双边箱组合梁、组合桥面板等,解决了立交桥梁预制装配难题;示范建设的轻型组合钢板梁结构用钢指标仅150 kg/m2。同时,还采用了模块化折线梁底组合梁。主线及立交桥梁采用的多种形式组合梁丰富了工业化桥梁结构类型。桥墩采用流线形盖梁、隐蔽式挡块、隐蔽式排水管,采用盖梁深埋锚工艺,形成了该桥的独特外观。

    Abstract:

    The overall scheme design, bridge structure design and key technology application of bridge in Ring Ⅰ Expressways in Zibo are introduced. Based on the local construction conditions of Zibo, an overall design scheme of the prefabricated and assembled bridge structures such as prestressed small-box beams and composite beams is proposed for all superstructures. The double-side box composite beams and composite decks are used in the interchange area to solve the problems in the prefabrication and assembly of interchanges. The steel index used in the light composite steel plate beam structure in the demonstration construction is only 150 kg/m2. And also the composite beams of modular fold beam bottom are adopted. Various forms of composite beam for the main line and interchange enrich the structural forms of industrial bridges. The streamlined bent caps, concealed blocks and concealed drainage pipes are used for the bridge piers and the deeply buried anchoring technology is used for the bent caps to form a unique appearance of the bridge. The relevant practical experience can be referred to similar urban viaducts.
