    摘要:

    近年来,城市核心区CBD片区由于开发强度高,带来了停车难、地面交通品质低等问题,而地下环路作为代表性的改善措施之一,若能在CBD片区得到应用,则既可充分利用其地下空间,实现交通分层,又有利于缓解地面交通压力,提高CBD片区的交通出行品质。为此,以合肥市骆岗公园科创CBD片区地下环路总体方案设计为例,从交通功能出发,结合地下环路的建设标准,对比分析了其主体方案、出入口布设位置和建设模式,给出了建设时序建议。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, due to high development intensity, the CBD area in the urban core has brought about problems such as difficult parking and low quality of ground transportation. As one of the representative improvement measures, the underground ring road can be fully utilized in the CBD area to achieve the traffic stratification, alleviate the ground traffic pressure, and improve the quality of transportation in the CBD area. For this purpose, taking the overall design of the underground ring road in the Luogang Park Science and Technology Innovation CBD area of Hefei City as an example, starting from the transportation function and combining with the construction standards of the underground ring road, the main scheme, entrance and exit layout locations, and construction mode are compared and analyzed, and the construction timing suggestions are given.
