铁尾矿砂在沥青路面预养护中的应用研究

摘要:

大量铁尾矿的堆积会造成严重的环境污染和安全隐患。若铁尾矿能在公路养护撒砂雾封层中大规模应用，不但可减少路面养护工程中对砂砾的需求，而且可以解决铁尾矿的堆积占地问题。以常见的磁铁矿为例，基于物理、化学等特性分析探讨铁尾矿在沥青路面养护中的应用及效果；从路面局部病害修补和含砂雾封层喷撒两方面介绍了铁尾矿砂在沥青路面预养护施工中的应用技法；最后，对铁尾矿应用在沥青路面的社会、经济效益进行了分析。

Abstract:

A large accumulation of iron tailings will cause the serious environmental pollution and hidden safety hazards. If the iron tailings can be widely applied in the sand mist sealing layer of highway curing, the iron tailings can not only decrease the demands of gravel in the pavement curing project, but also solve the problem of iron tailings accumulated on the land. Taking the common magnetite as an example, based on the characteristics of physics and chemistry, the application and effect of iron tailings in the curing of asphalt pavement are analyzed and discussed. The application technology and method of the iron tailings in the precuring construction of asphalt pavement are introduced from two aspects of local disease repair of pavement and spraying of sand mist sealing layer. Finally, the application of iron tailings in the social and economic benefits of asphalt pavement is analyzed.
