Abstract:Taking Hailuo Island Cross-sea Bridge Project as the background, the geological conditions and surrounding environment of the site are analyzed, and the foundation forms of the bridge in the shallow covering layer of the offshore are analyzed and compared during the design process. The economic factors and construction difficulties are comprehensively considered. Finally, the suitable foundation scheme is selected. The selection of steel casing length is briefly introduced, the reasons of the steel casing sinking during construction are analyzed and the solution is proposed. As a cross-sea bridge, the construction of offshore cofferdam is cancelled, which greatly saves the cost of construction measures.
