Crack disease is one of the main types of diseases in the current expressway asphalt pavement. Cracks weaken the structural strength of the pavement to a certain extent. According to the deflection basin data, the modulus of each structural layer can be inverted to evaluate the structural strength. Ninghang Expressway is selected to carry out the deflection detection for cracks, and the variation law of structural strength at cracks and the influence of temperature are analyzed. The analysis results show that the crack has a significant effect on the deflection. The deflection at the crack is about 2.17 times that of the intact deflection. The modulus attenuation of the base and subbase at the crack is more serious. The attenuation degree of the base is 81.49 %, and the attenuation degree of the subbase is 77.45 %. The modulus of the intact surface material is greatly affected by temperature compared with the crack, and the change range can reach 10.3 times. The modulus of the base, subbase and roadbed are not obvious with the temperature change.
