    永宁大桥陆域引桥为软土路基,采用水泥粉喷桩对路基进行加固处理。水泥粉喷桩桩位处地质复杂、桩长长、土层含水量随着季节变化大,施工质量控制难度大。为解决复杂地质条件下深层水泥粉喷桩成桩质量控制难度大问题,详细分析了水泥粉喷桩常见的质量问题及原因,并制定了对应的措施进行解决。检测结果表明,水泥粉喷桩无侧限抗压强度和单桩承载力满足设计及规范要求,达到了控制目的。

    Abstract:

    The land approach of Yongning Bridge is at a soft soil roadbed, and the cement injection pile is used to strengthen the roadbed. It is difficult to control the construction quality of cement injection pile because of its complicated geology, long pile and great seasonal variation of soil moisture. In order to solve the difficult problem of quality control of deep cement injection pile under complex geological conditions, the common quality problems and causes of cement injection pile are analyzed in detail, and the corresponding measures are developed to solve the problems. The detection results show that the unconfined compressive strength of cement injection pile and the bearing capacity of single pile meet the requirements of design and specification. The purpose of control is achieved.
