Abstract:The land approach of Yongning Bridge is at a soft soil roadbed, and the cement injection pile is used to strengthen the roadbed. It is difficult to control the construction quality of cement injection pile because of its complicated geology, long pile and great seasonal variation of soil moisture. In order to solve the difficult problem of quality control of deep cement injection pile under complex geological conditions, the common quality problems and causes of cement injection pile are analyzed in detail, and the corresponding measures are developed to solve the problems. The detection results show that the unconfined compressive strength of cement injection pile and the bearing capacity of single pile meet the requirements of design and specification. The purpose of control is achieved.
