Abstract:Taking the watershed of Yuhangtang River in Hangzhou as the treatment object, the current situation of water environment of Yuhangtang River in Hangzhou is symmetrically analyzed and governed by using the multiple treatment methods, and based on the concept of total pollutants control and comprehensive treatment of the watershed system. Through the construction of four major engineering systems including zero direct discharge standards, living water circulation and storage safety scheduling, biological regulation and water ecological community restoration, overall planning and scientific scheduling with the core of source control and pollution interception, the engineering objectives of eliminating the inferior Class V water in the main river course of Yuhangtang River Basin by the end of 2020, the main indicators of key sections reaching Class IV water, the water ecosystem gradually restoring, and the regional water environment standard quality significantly improving have been achieved at last.
