Abstract:The main bridge of a bridge in Shanghai is a double-pylon self-anchored suspension bridge. The main structure is a (40+70+40)-m three-span pylon beam composite structure system, which is composed of main reinforced concrete pylon, prestressed concrete box girder, main cable and suspension rod. Aiming at the concrete pouring of the main cable, the construction problem of prestressed pipeline damage is analyzed. Three aspects of construction process records, summary and analysis of prestressed duct deformation parameters, and subsequent solution processes and scheme are comprehensively analyzed. The causes and countermeasures for the damage to the main cable prestressed duct caused by concrete pouring during the entire construction process are recorded. The strategies for solving the similar problems are verified through the process recording and analysis of practical data to guide the similar projects how to prevent before construction and remedy after construction, which avoid the great irreversible losses to the project.
