Abstract:In order to understand the flow field, the wind pressure and the structural strength of noise barrier on road under the wind load, the strength of noise barrier is analyzed by the fluid-structure interaction method. The one-direction fluid-structure interaction technology is used. First, a flow field model of noise barrier is built. The turbulence equation of steady state incompressible fluid is solved by finite volume method. The calculation result of flow field is analyzed. The wind pressure data of noise barrier surface in the flow field are extracted. Then, the finite element model of noise barrier is built. Gravity and wind pressure are applied in order to calculate the static force. The strength of noise barrier is checked. The results show that the posts, foundation connection and bolts of the tested noise barrier all meet the strength requirements, which explains that the use of one-direction fluid-structure interaction analysis method has the feasibility for the strength analysis of noise barrier under the wind load condition.
