Abstract:Based on the test data of bridge load, and according to the finite element model of rigidity degeneration, the influence of different damage degree on the stiffness of simple-supported continuous prestressed small-box girder cracking is studied. Based on the rigidity degeneration model, the main causes of cracking and bearing capacity decline of the damaged span girder are analyzed, and the bearing capacity is evaluated. Comprehensive technical maintenance measures such as active weights, cementitious infiltrative crystalline material for crack repair, and prestressed pipe grouting heavy bonding are put forward. For the long-term design traffic load after girder reinforcement, the regular monitoring and observation for many years have no crack development and other anomalies, and the durability and bearing capacity of the main girder are recovered. The maintenance treatment method has reference significance for the maintenance treatment of the similar projects.
