城市快速路跨江通道的方案决策，往往影响整个工程的总体方案和投资规模。以宁波快速路跨甬江通道为例，针对各种限制因素，在两岸交通组织、区域环境及工程造价和难度方面，深入论证了高架快速路和地下快速路两种方案，最终确定采用“高架快速路+局部设置分离式立交”的建设形式。这一方案将有效改善交通状况，提高城市交通运行效率。

Abstract:

The scheme decision of urban expressway river-crossing channel often affects the overall scheme and investment scale of the whole project. Taking an expressway crossing Yongjiang River in Ningbo as an example, aiming at various constraints, considering the traffic organization of both sides of the river, the regional environment, and the cost and difficulty of the project, two schemes of elevated expressway and underground expressway are deeply demonstrated. Finally, the construction form of "elevated expressway + locally separated interchange" is determined for use. This scheme will effectively improve the traffic situation and enhance the efficiency of urban traffic operation.
